What is the minimum deposit to open an account?

The Starters account opens from $10,000. Silver begins at $25,000, Gold at $50,000, Platinum at $100,000 and Diamond at $250,000 — VIP terms are set with an account manager. Upgrades are automatic once your balance crosses a threshold.

How does DNA AI trading work?

The engine scans price action, momentum and volatility across every market on the platform, ranks the opportunities by risk-reward, and then either alerts you or executes inside the limits you set. Every action it takes is logged in plain language.

Can I approve trades before the AI executes them?

Yes. You choose the mode: an alert to your phone for manual confirmation, or full automation within your exposure limits. You can switch between them at any time, per market.

How are risk limits controlled?

You define maximum exposure, position size and daily loss limits. The risk engine enforces them on every order, applies dynamic stops, and reduces exposure automatically ahead of major macro events.

How long do withdrawals take?

Up to three business days on Starters and Silver, within 24 hours from Gold, and instant during market hours on Diamond and VIP. There is no withdrawal fee on any account.

Can I trade from mobile and desktop?

Yes — web, desktop and iOS/Android share one account, one balance and the same AI engine. Positions, alerts and charts stay in sync across devices.

What markets can I trade?

Forex, stocks, futures and crypto — more than 1,900 instruments in total. Futures and crypto unlock from the Gold account, and OTC access is available on VIP.

Is my account information secure?

Client funds sit in segregated trust accounts at rated banks, separate from company capital. Access is protected by two-factor and biometric login, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
